Lamington
A Virgin Voyager forming a Glasgow Central - Birmingham New Street CrossCountry service runs south through Lamington on the last day of July 2007. Virgin Trains would lose the CrossCountry franchise in December that year, at which point the Birminghan to Edinburgh/Glasgow routes became part of Virgin West Coast.
