Shawfair
The list of nearby(!) attractions at Shawfair seems to be shrinking. I sneak myself towards the suspicion that the site for the station was chosen because the land for the car park and approach road was cheap; it is the site of a pithead. A few hundred metres further south and it would be nearer both the current villages and planned development.
