The old lime kilns at Castle Point on the island of Lindisfarne, photographed looking north west from the shoreline in May 2004. Stone from the quarries on the north side of the island was brought in using the Holy Island Tramway, which reached the discharge point after crossing the bridge centre right (note the wooden safety railings). Lindisfarne Castle stands in the background. For a view of the old trackbed looking east from the castle see 66685.
