Milton Junction [Glasgow]
A4 Pacific 60019 Bittern was making a fast start out of Buchanan St with the 5.30pm three-hour express to Aberdeen, and I was surprised to see steam being shut off as the train passed Milton Junction. However I soon discovered why as a permanent way restriction was in force not far beyond the bridge.
