Lancashire emergency services personnel practising Triage skills in a MkII coach at West Coast Railways' Steamtown during 'Exercise Mallard' in 2014. This simulated a train and bus collision with casualties suffering varying degrees of injury and needing to be safely removed from the rail coaches and the bus.
