Ashton Swing Bridge (Preston)
The Class 14 has quite a distinctive Paxman engine note, accompanied by a whistling from the turbocharger, adding up to an impressive sound under load. D9539 is framed by the swing bridge cables as it heads back to the Riverside station with a five-coach Santa Special on 19th December 2021.
