Airdrie
A Balloch - Airdrie service approaching its destination on 21 June 2010. The train has just run onto the single line western approach to Airdrie station below Craig Street Bridge, after which it will be routed into the bay platform. New rails had appeared on the right by the end of the following month as part of the ongoing Airdrie - Bathgate redoubling project, with scheduled through services commencing in December that year.
