Didcot Parkway
Gresley's A3 in Didcot Parkway. As it did not get converted from an A1 until 1948, more of a BR A3 and I doubt there are many if any original LNER bits in or on it. Still it was a pleasure to watch. It arrived at 0825 and left for Oxford and Worcester at 0837 with a very noticeable rasping Gresley 3-cylinder beat as it departed north.
