Galashiels
The 1425 ex-Edinburgh Waverley pulls away from the platform at Galashiels on 8 April 2022 as it sets off on the final two mile leg of its journey to Tweedbank. Note the site on the left alongside the Interchange, occupied for many years by the distinctive Abbotsford Arms Hotel, has now been cleared (see image 46452).
