Wood Green
Interior of Wood Green ticket hall, Piccadilly Line, on 20th April 2022, during a lull in passenger flows. This Charles Holden designed station will celebrate its 90th Anniversary on 19th September 2022, opening with the first stage of the London Electric Railways Cockfosters extension from Finsbury Park as far as Arnos Grove in 1932. That became known as the Piccadilly Line in 1937 under a general renaming of lines by the LPTB.
