Burnley Barracks
The platforms at Burnley Barracks used to run out over the Leeds and Liverpool Canal but in recent years the line has been singled and the surviving platform has been shortened. This bridge is a fairly recent installation, seen here in December 2022 from the towpath. The station, now a request halt, is immediately beyond this abutment.
