Arpley Junction
25032 negotiating Arpley Junction at Warrington on 5th June 1984. The locos in the background re stabled in what was once Warrington Arpley goods yard. The passenger station lay between the signal box and the girder bridge over the Mersey that can be seen in the distance but it closed in 1958 and all buildings and platforms were cleared.
