Friockheim Junction
A view of Friockheim Junction looking north west. The course of the Arbroath and Forfar Railway was from bottom centre to top left. The Aberdeen Railway's 'Friockheim Fork' ran from bottom centre via a ploughed out section (and the demolished Friockheim Viaduct) to top right. Lines of trees follow the intact portions. Much of the third side of the triangle has been ploughed out completely.
