Malton
DRS TPE operated and liveried Stadler Class 68 diesel 68020 'Reliance', along with a CAF Nova 3 push pull set, stored in sidings by Malton station on 2 July 2023. They were still there in mid July. Sister 68023 'Achilles' and a Nova 3 set were stored in a siding between platform 3 and the car parking at York station through much of July, with another set seen stored at Scarborough. As of early August both loco's were back in service, and, shortly after Deltic 55009 passed heading to Scarborough on 19 August (See image 86829), 68020 sped over Howsham level crossing heading for York whilst working one of the shuttle workings between York & Scarborough all that day. It came thro' Kirkham Abbey a short while later heading back to Scarborough.
