Newbattle Central Workshops
Looking south from Newbattle Central Workshops compound in 1977. On the right is the derelict weighhouse. On the distant left is the engine shed for Lady Victoria Colliery. Beneath are Andrew Barclay 0-6-0ST No.3, works 1458 of 1916 and, in front, 0-4-2ST AB 1193 of 1919. Both are preserved, the former at Lady Victoria.
