The splendidly-restored waiting room at the 1872 Bruce Grove station, now part of London Overground served by Liverpool Street to Enfield Town or Cheshunt trains, seen here on the afternoon of Saturday, 24th February 2024. Derelict and boarded-up for decades and despite its costly renovation, a reasonably-sized group of passengers waiting for a Liverpool Street train on this day still seemed to prefer waiting outside on the platform in the rain. Shame about the bricked-up fireplace.
