Newtongrange [1st]
V2 60970 attacks the climb to Falahill as it passes through Newtongrange station on 1st May 1965. The platform buildings had been demolished earlier that year although the street level booking office would remain intact until after closure in January 1969. The station had been unstaffed since 5th December 1960.
