Failsworth [Tram]
Failsworth station, on the Oldham Loop, opened in 1881 and closed in 2009 for the line to be converted for Metrolink operations. The old wooden platforms were quickly demolished and a new tram stop constructed on the same site. This opened with the commencement of tram operations in 2012. 3144 calls on its way into Manchester, with a Rochdale to East Didsbury service, on 27th March 2024.
