Loch Dochart [Private]
East of Loch Iuchair the A85 passed under the C&O to go round a channel of the River Dochart while the line ran straight over it on an embankment, a view which featured in postcards. Both the original route of the road and the railway are abandoned today, the road being realigned a little to the south on a new very straight alignment of which about half a mile is along the former line. This view shows the old road where railway crossed over.
