Craiglockhart
A diverted Edinburgh - Glasgow service approaching Craiglockhart on the Edinburgh sub on Sunday 9 July 2006. The steep cutting at Craiglockhart requires regular stabilisation and safety work on its walls, signs of which can be seen here, with the down platform currently being used as a base by engineering staff. Autumn also brings its own particular problem here... guess where all those leaves end up!
