Hag Fold
Hag Fold, between Atherton and Daisy Hill, opened in 1987 and serves a residential area that previously had a station on the LNWR line from Bolton, known as Atherton Bag Lane. That closed in 1954 but Hag Fold now has two trains per hour in each direction and the official passenger figures for 2022/23 were 54,040. 150127, leading a Class 156, calls on a stopping service from Manchester Victoria to Wigan Wallgate on 18th September 2024.
