Cirencester Town

The branch from Kemble to Cirencester Town closed to passengers as from 6th April 1964 with goods traffic lasting a bit longer until 4th October 1965. After standing basically derelict for a number of years, planning permission was approved in 1973 for the conversion of the station forecourt to become the town bus station and this was how it looked in October 1979. No buses admittedly but a few hopeful passengers.
