Liverpool Lime Street
Contrasting front ends at the Lime Street buffers on 2nd November 2024. On the left, an Avanti Pendolino, newly arrived from Euston. Many of these Euston to Liverpool services are to go over to the new Class 807 'Evero' units, which had their first public run to Lime St on 11th November. On the right is a Transport for Wales Class 197 DMU from Chester, which will have worked here via Helsby and the reopened Halton Curve to Runcorn.
