Comrie

The site of Comrie station seen from the east. It is now the Comrie Holiday Park. The passenger station was where the static caravans on the right are located with the goods yard where there are further caravans to the left. Initially, rather than a turntable, the terminus had a triangle of lines for turning engines, laid out to the left of the goods yard by the river. The line was extended west to Balquhidder passing under the main road (the red coloured parapet of the bridge can just about be seen).
