Wilmslow
88006 'Juno' takes the Styal Loop line through Platform 1 at Wilmslow, heading for Trafford Park with a 'Tesco' intermodal from Daventry on 2nd October 2024. Much of the train is still on the two track section as the junction for Styal is just beyond the platforms. This new DRS service was running 96 minutes early, which was unexpectedly welcome as the Felixstowe train I had planned to photograph was slightly late and had been put behind the service I was travelling towards Manchester on.
