Bay Horse
Brand new Avanti Evero electric unit 807005 speeds into the cutting at Forton, running as 5Q15 from York to Wembley Depot on 11th February 2025. 807005 was being delivered to Avanti and, presumably, running via Edinburgh and Carlisle as these new Hitachi units do allows pre-acceptance mileage accumulation. As at February 2025, only two further trains in the current order, 807009 and 807010, have yet to be delivered.
