West India Quay

View from rear of DLR unit from Bank to Lewisham passing West India Quay on the station avoiding line, at 09.30 on Saturday, 4th January 2025. I fail to see why this was considered necessary, an expense that could have been avoided since trains from Bank to Lewisham no longer call at this station but they do on the way back from Lewisham to Bank. Only southbound trains from Stratford via Bow Church call here and they mostly terminate at the next stop at Canary Wharf although peak hour through services from Stratford to Lewisham were recently restored.
