Gourock Pier
A summer morning at Gourock in 1979 with MV ‘Glen Sannox’ waiting to depart with a cruise to Tarbert, Loch Fyne. About to disappear from view is the ‘Kenilworth’, a recent recruit to the Gourock-Kilcreggan service after previous operation out of Southampton. One of the so-called ‘streaker’ car ferries, either the ‘Juno’ or ‘Jupiter’, approaches on a service from Dunoon.
