/ /1852	Cork, Blackrock and Passage Railway Creates a company to run steamers from Passage [1st] to Monkstown and Queenstown.
/ /1855	Cork and Youghal Railway Act for a branch to Queenstown.
10/03/1862	Cork and Youghal Railway Queenstown Junction to Queenstown opened.
/ /1882	Cork and Youghal Railway Queenstown Junction to Queenstown doubled.
/ /1889	Cork and Youghal Railway Queenstown rebuilt and line extended a little.
/ /1896	Cork and Youghal Railway Queenstown Junction rebuilt to make Queenstown the main line and allow faster running. Youghal becomes the branch.
08/08/1922	Cork and Youghal Railway Dublin to Queenstown through trains withdrawn when viaducts approaching Great Island are blown up.
14/07/1924	Cork and Youghal Railway Queenstown renamed Cobh.
