This was a mineral depot with a a fan of sidings served from the Glasgow and Paisley Joint Railway, approached from the west.
The site was bounded by Tradeston Street to the west, Cook Street to the north (from which access was had via a ramp), and bounded by the curve of the Glasgow and Paisley Joint Railway's approach to Bridge Street to both east and south.
The site is no longer in railway use although the ramp access remains with heavy sandstone retaining walls on either side.
