This shipyard was on the west bank of White Cart, just south of the Thistle Works (Engineering & Shipbuilding) and north of the Phoenix Works Shipbuilding and Engineering. It was the shipyard of John Fullerton & Co. Their most famous product, today, is the vessel MV Kyles of 1872. Considered the oldest Clydebuilt (Cartbuilt) vessel she is now at the Scottish Maritime Museum. The yard was not rail served.
The site is now a car park and its south end is crossed by the Cart Viaduct of the M8. At low tide slips at the north end are revealed.
