Skye Bridge (1995-)Description
This bridge opened in 1995 to link the mainland at Kyle of Lochalsh to the Isle of Skye (west of Kyleakin.
With its opening the Caledonian MacBrayne service between slips at Kyle of Lochalsh Slip and Kyleakin ceased.
