With new platforms under construction in the foreground, tram 762 rumbles across the crossing at Rossall School. 762 is one of the Jubilee class of two trams that were rebuilt with East Lancs bodies and which seemed considerably larger than all the other trams in the fleet. After withdrawal in 2011 it moved to the National Tramway museum at Crich. The large waiting shelter at this tram stop was demolished when the new halt was completed.
