Plans to build up the Moffat economy by making the town more attractive to visitors will take another step forward later this month. Suggestions from an action plan include breathing new life into Ladyknowe and Station Park, improving sport, play, arts and culture for everyone, putting education at the heart of the community, telling the world about the jewel in the crown of south west Scotland and re-opening Beattock Railway Station.
