Nuneaton to Leamington Spa

This short connecting line to Coventry was once full of trains carrying coal and other locally originating freight. It was closed to passengers, then re-opened with a nominally hourly service. A tram service was proposed, and would match the high density housing well; but would be incompatible with the frequent heavy freight (mostly Freightliners) which now uses the line. Update 2019: I have extended the coverage of this photoset from Coventry to Leamington Spa, to correspond to the new extended services.
