Bowling [CR]
After crossing the Forth and Clyde Canal at Bowling basin see image 29307 the westbound high level L&D line then crossed the Glasgow, Dumbarton & Helensburgh route on a lengthy plate girder viaduct. Part of the old viaduct is seen here on 6 June looking towards Dumbarton through the chain- link fence alongside the access road to the canal basin.
