Clydebank Riverside

The 1896 main station building at Clydebank Riverside, closed in October 1964. The photograph was taken on 8 June 2010 looking south west during heavy rain. The building has been sympathetically renovated and converted to residential accomodation. The fact that the former station faces onto Cunard Street should give more than a hint as to what once took place along this part of the River Clyde.
