Thornton Shed [2nd]
Class J88 0-6-0T no 68335 stands alongside the repair shop at Thornton Junction in 1959. After spending its post-nationalisation years at Thornton, the locomotive was transferred to Haymarket in late December that year, where its duties included shunting the yards at Gorgie East see image 32639. The 1904 veteran ended its days at Dawsholm in 1962.
