DVT 82132 on the rear of a North Berwick - Haymarket push-pull service at Waverley platform 10 in July 2004 (with 90033 at the front end). These services operated between May 2004 and September 2005 when the on-loan class 322 emus returned south. The stand-in services consisted of spare ex-Virgin Mk 3 push-pull stock and EWS class 90s. As with 82132, the stock remained in basic Virgin livery with the addition of ScotRail logos.
