Goerlitz

Part of Germany's longest stone-arch viaduct, spanning the Lausitzer Neisse river at Goerlitz between Germany and Poland. Built between 1844 and 1847, the viaduct has 30 arches, is 35m high and 475m long, and was partly destroyed by bombing in the closing weeks of World War 2. Here the 06.35 Wroclaw (formerly Breslau) to Dresden Regional-Express inches past engineering work on 4th July 2013.
