Ormskirk to Glasgow? EMU 507022 approaches Ormskirk from Liverpool in 1980. This set was subsequently disbanded (around 1995 following an accident at Kirkdale) and one of the driving cars now operates out of Glasgow Central in EMU 314203 replacing the coach damaged in the Newton collision see image 22690. Replacement of the Merseyrail Class 507s and 508s is now being put out to the train builders but in 2013, livery apart, this scene is unchanged from thirty three years earlier.
