One of the UK's more unusual commuter lines, the Hythe Pier Tramway maintains a half hourly service to connect with the Southampton Ferry 363 days a year. One of the two 97 year old Brush 3rd rail electric locos is seen here approaching the station at the landward end of the pier on 25 May 2014.
