Staveley (GC)
Class D11/1 4-4-0 62663 Prince Albert stored in the sidings at Staveley (GC) shed, thought to have been photographed on a gloomy afternoon in the late 1950s. The locomotive appears to have been 'stored' for some time prior to its official withdrawal in May 1960, following which it was cut up at Stratford Works some 2 months later. [Ref query 10669]
