Hooton
GWR Castle Class hauled expresses from Birkenhead to Paddington once called at Hooton's platforms. These days the 3rd rail motive power is humbler, but calls a lot more frequently. Merseyrail 507005 and 508123 pause underneath the new accessible footbridge in November 2015.
