The 1309 Glasgow Central - Manchester Airport southbound across the Clyde over Lamington Viaduct on 27 July 2016. Note the rebuilt piers and other repairs carried out following damage caused by storm Frank at the beginning of the year, which resulted in closure of the west coast main line for more than seven weeks. The train was running at what appeared to be normal line speed - certainly a lot faster than its sister unit was on reopening day on 22 February. See image 54263
