Bargeddie Bridge
Work now in progress on the older ('Cutty Sark') bridge which takes the R&C line across the A8 at Bargeddie involves grit blasting, strengthening and repairs to steelwork, repairs to masonry and new paintwork. The east half is being done first, then the contraflow will be switched to the other lane to finish the job. (Photo from dashcam video).
