Dalmeny
Long lens view looking north towards Dalmeny on 22 August 2011, just as SPT liveried 170471 prepares to restart and head out onto the Forth Bridge. The yard on the right is used by Network Rail to store plant and equipment required for routine maintenace and works projects on the bridge (the traffic sign on Station Road reads 'Forth Rail Bridge Yard'). As can be seen, the yard appears to be well stocked at this particular time.
