Brush Class 31 Type 2 D5511 south of Boat of Kintore Level Crossing, half way to Kinaldie, on the 7.40am Inverness to Aberdeen service in August 1958. (Railscot note: D5511 spent a period undergoing trials in Scotland during the summer of 1958, shortly after emerging new from the Brush works in Loughborough see image 24644).
