Fylde Junction
Viewed from County Hall, Preston in February 2020 as a new CAF 331/0 EMU, working from Blackpool North to Lime Street, meets an unrefurbished Sprinter heading for Blackpool South near Fylde Junction. Behind, the buildings of the ever expanding University of Central Lancashire can be seen. The now severed tracks of the Longridge branch still lie under the line of trees between the tan coloured accommodation blocks on the left and the red and white building in the centre.
