Lea Road
DB 90036 brings up the rear of a test/training train passing through Lea Road on 5th March 2020. 90019 was leading this rake of ex-LNER stock in preparation for the launch of Grand central services between Blackpool North and Euston. Although some rakes and locos were repainted in GC black and orange the start of the five trains a day service unfortunately had to be put back to May 2021 because of Covid and was then cancelled altogether.
